About TruthMolar
TruthMolar helps you understand a dental treatment plan before you agree to it. You tell us what you were quoted, or upload the plan, and we show you what patients like you actually got and paid, in plain English: dollars and counts out of 100, never jargon. We inform, we never diagnose.
Why we exist
A dental quote is hard to judge on your own. You cannot easily tell whether a crown, a filling, or a deep cleaning is what patients in your situation usually get, or whether the price is in line with your area and how you pay. TruthMolar answers that one question, so you can walk into the office informed and ask better questions.
How it works
Upload the plan or type in the codes. We compare it against hundreds of thousands of anonymized real treatment records for patients with the same finding, the same coverage type, and the same area, and we tell you in plain English what they typically got and paid, and what is worth asking about. The full flow works with no account; an account exists only if you choose to save a result.
What we will never do
No dental office can pay to change what we show you. We never sell your information and never use it for advertising. If you upload a plan, we read the codes and fees off it and delete the original right after; we keep only the de-identified details needed to compare plans. We report what happened to other patients; we do not diagnose your situation or tell you what care to get. Always confirm with your own dentist.
